How to order seals on Hidrogarant: a step-by-step guide

Our online shop is designed for people who need to find the right seal quickly, even without knowing the manufacturer's code. In this guide we go through every step, from searching for the product to delivery.

1. Find the product

There are three ways to search:

• By category: rod seals, piston seals, wipers, O-rings, guide rings, static seals, oil seals, pneumatics and so on. Within each category you will find the different profiles, each with its table of sizes.
• By dimensions: enter the inner diameter, outer diameter and groove height and you will see only compatible products. It is the fastest method when you have the part to replace or the cylinder dimensions to hand.
• By code: if you know the profile or product code, you can search for it directly.

For each item you will find material, dimensions, temperature indications and price. If a profile has an active discount, you will see it directly in the list.

2. Add to cart

Choose the quantity and add the product to the cart. You can keep searching for other items and complete the kit: seals, wiper, guides and O-rings for the same cylinder. In the cart you can change quantities and, if you have a promo code, enter it in the dedicated field.

3. Create your account

An account is required to complete the purchase. Registering is easy: click "Sign up", enter your details and confirm your email address via the link we send you. Email confirmation helps us protect the shop from fake registrations and ensures that order communications really reach you.

With an account you can:

• save several shipping addresses;
• see your order history and status;
• repeat a previous order with one click, handy for spare parts you use often.

4. Enter shipping details

At checkout, choose or enter the delivery address and destination country. Shipping costs depend on order size, weight and destination, and are calculated and shown before payment, so you always know the total.

5. Pay securely

Payment is handled by Stripe, one of the most widely used payment platforms in the world, with VISA and Mastercard cards. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never pass through our servers. The order is marked as paid only after Stripe confirms the payment.

6. Follow your order

After payment you receive a confirmation email. In your personal account you can follow the stages of the order: paid, processing, shipped. For items in stock we aim to ship as soon as possible.
