The GHW profile belongs to the family of wiper seals, which stop dust, mud and water from entering the cylinder along the rod.

Where it is used

They are fitted at the head of every hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder exposed to the outside: earth-moving machines, tractors, farm equipment, commercial vehicles and presses.

How to choose GHW

  • Choose a version with or without metal case according to the housing.
  • In very dirty environments prefer a double-lip wiper.
  • Polyurethane: high wear and extrusion resistance, ideal for high pressure and dirty environments.
  • NBR: the standard compound for mineral oils and greases, suitable for most hydraulic cylinders.
